Take on Delle's 30 day ab challenge!
You always hear about abs being made in the kitchen, but in reality they are built in the gym.
What you will get:
- 30 different days of Delle's favorite ab workouts!
- Workouts ranging from 4 to 15 minutes! (You can do that!!!)
- Minimal equipment required, however, to follow it completely it is suggested the workouts be performed in a gym. However, all workouts can be altered to a no equipment version and to any skill level!!! Feel free to reach out through Instagram for help or with any questions! @dellespeegle
