30 Days of Abs Volume II
Here we go, ROUND 2! Time to take on another 30 days of abs challenge! Don't let the name fool you, this does not have to be 30 days straight. We reccomend adding one of these workouts to the end of your training sessions 4 to 5 times per week.
Lets make this year ABSolutely amazing :)
What you will get:
- 30 different days of Delle's favorite ab workouts that you won't see in volume one!
- Workouts ranging from 4 to 15 minutes! (You can do that!!!)
- Minimal equipment required, however, to follow it completely it is suggested the workouts be performed in a gym. This can be either a functional fitness gym or traditional gym. Even if you do not have access to a gym, all workouts can be altered to an at home or no equipment version for any skill level!!!
